This is done in the Suvereto wine region (just past Bolgheri). Where Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grow on a small vineyard, enclosed by a wooded area. A completely isolated vineyard, small and flat, surrounded by trees and thickets. The exact location is Pratini in the municipality of Suvereto.
